Community Employment Services (CES), funded by Employment Ontario and administered by Durham College, provides free employment and training supports for job seekers and employers across Durham Region. With full-time sites and mobile service locations, CES offers one-stop access to resources such as:

• Job search support & postings

• Résumé and interview workshops

• Employment counseling & case management

• Youth Job Connection & Summer programs

• Better Jobs Ontario application support

• Job fairs, employer events & training opportunities

CES serves youth, adults, and employers by helping to build a skilled, competitive workforce. Services are free and designed to improve confidence, job readiness, and career success.
